Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :27\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n           THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                 -------------------------------------------\n                 W.P(C).No.35037 OF 2008\n                 -------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 27th day of November, 2008\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     On the face of Ext.P3 judgment and the judgment in W.P<\/p>\n<p>(C).28770\/08, I do not think any order, as sought for, could be<\/p>\n<p>issued by this Court except in contradiction to these judgments.<\/p>\n<p>I am not inclined to do that. The only request of the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner is for mercy for the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>continue in possession       for three months and to pay off the<\/p>\n<p>outstandings.
