Sudama Yadav vs The State Of Bihar on 26 August, 2011<\/div>\n
                  IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                             Cr. Misc. No.28029 of 2011\n                        Sudama Yadav son of Late Dhuri Yadav\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2\/   26.08.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n
                      offence under sections 304-B, 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n
                                  Considering that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the<\/p>\n
                      deceased and there is no specific overt act alleged against him, let<\/p>\n
                      the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n
                      bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                      amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to<\/p>\n
                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in<\/p>\n
                      connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.55 of 2011, subject to<\/p>\n
                      the conditions (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of<\/p>\n
                      the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how<\/p>\n
                      he is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish<\/p>\n
                      information to the court about any change in the address of the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner, (ii) That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he<\/p>\n
                      will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on<\/p>\n
                      date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and<\/p>\n
                      delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled<\/p>\n
                      for reasons of misuse, and (iii) That the petitioner will be well<\/p>\n
                      represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive<\/p>\n
                      dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
