2. PW-1 is Sarvanamma. She <\/p>\n
about 2 years back prior to <\/p>\n
she had gone to a marriage to     ~’<\/p>\n
husband in the hero honda  f\\:t’v5abt)jutVVV9.20
\na.m. when they were  her
\nhusband was   %:\u00a7as riding as a
\npinion Mysore side in a.\n<\/p>\n
rash and    against the
\nmotoxegftclev.  1   husband fell down.<\/p>\n
She sustaijied  right shouider azad also<\/p>\n
V her ribe.   htisbend has died at the spot. She<\/p>\n
  the respondent as the driver who drove<\/p>\n

th   complainant and thereafter registered the case and sent<\/p>\n
 V ‘4 the FIR to the Court. PWJ7 was the Inspector of Police<\/p>\n
during the relevant time. He has conducted the<\/p>\n
investigation in this case and arrested t13e’V_t1Ees;,\u00a5entiezit–\u00abt  t <\/p>\n
and \ufb01led the ehaI’ge-sheet. Pwgs <\/p>\n
