Case No.1099 OF 2006\n                  -------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 30th day of July, 2007\n\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     These matters are essentially between brothers.                 It is<\/p>\n<p>unfortunate that the petitioner in these matters was driven into<\/p>\n<p>such a situation by his brother. But with the passage of time, all<\/p>\n<p>Government dues have been satisfied by the 5th respondent in<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition and therefore, the matter has to be given a<\/p>\n<p>quietus.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
