No.3613 of 2011\n                         KASHI MUSAHAR, SON OF MAHADEVA MUSAHAR\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        17.03.2011             Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                       make necessary corrections in prayer portion within course of<\/p>\n<p>                       the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                       02.12.2009 in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 59 of<\/p>\n<p>                       2009 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                      It is alleged that on the basis of confessional<\/p>\n<p>                       statement of the petitioner, stolen solar plates were recovered<\/p>\n<p>                       from possession of other accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                       as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                       each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with above stated Dhansoi P.S.
