P (C) No. 15332 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 23rd May, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner challenges proceedings under the Securitisation and<\/p>\n<p>Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security<\/p>\n<p>Interest Act, 2002.   However, the petitioner admits that she has<\/p>\n<p>already filed an appeal under Section 17 of the Act. That being so,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has to seek her remedies in that appeal. Therefore, I<\/p>\n<p>am not inclined to exercise my discretionary jurisdiction in favour of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek her<\/p>\n<p>reliefs before the Debt Recovery Tribunal in the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
