P1application filed under Section 85(8) of the Kerala Land<\/p>\n<p>Reforms Act.      Proceedings were admittedly initiated against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s father and that too in respect of land owned by him.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner has not shown in what manner she was interested in the<\/p>\n<p>land in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. If that be so, I am satisfied that Section 85(8) cannot be<\/p>\n<p>invoked by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Therefore, there is no justification to direct the respondents<\/p>\n<p>to consider Ext.
