No.22660 of 2011\n                       1.Ram Ekbal Yadav son of late Musafir Yadav\n                       2.Pappu Yadav son of Mahendra Yadav\n                             All R\/o village-Baliyaban, P.S.-Naubatpur,\n                         District-Patna\n                                                 Versus\n                                          The State Of Bihar\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       15.7.2011              Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Apprehending their arrest in connection with a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 308 and<\/p>\n<p>                    504\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, petitioners seek bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that all the<\/p>\n<p>                    offences except section 308 of the Indian Penal Code are bailable in<\/p>\n<p>                    nature. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is a case<\/p>\n<p>                    and a counter case and minor scuffle had taken place between the<\/p>\n<p>                    parties on the eve of &#8216;Holi&#8217;. According to him, offence under section<\/p>\n<p>                    308 of the Indian Penal Code would not be attracted.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the fact that apart section 308<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Indian Penal Code, all other offences are bailable and there is<\/p>\n<p>                    no serious injury, let petitioners, namely, Ram Ekbal Yadav and<\/p>\n<p>                    Pappu Yadav in the event of their arrest or surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>                    court below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                    communication of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                    bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with Naubatpur P.S.
