Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :07\/04\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                 T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n                ----------------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C)No.9126 OF 2010\n              -----------------------------------------------------\n           DATED THIS THE 7th DAY OF APRIL, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction commanding<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 to 4 to accept the land tax and issue possession<\/p>\n<p>certificate in respect of 1.92 Acres of land in Survey No.256\/1<\/p>\n<p>covered by sale deed Nos.1\/2818\/98 dated 11.11.1998 and<\/p>\n<p>1\/3228\/98 dated 30.12.1998 of S.R.O., Pazhayangadi.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Government Pleader on instructions from<\/p>\n<p>the Tahsildar, Kannur submitted that the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>permitted to remit the land tax to the Village Office and<\/p>\n<p>necessary directions have been issued to the Village Officer,<\/p>\n<p>Cheruthazham to receive the land tax by the Society who<\/p>\n<p>purchased the land.
