Patel for petitioner, learned AGP Mr.<br \/>\n\tMaulik Nanavati for respondent State Authority and learned advocate<br \/>\n\tMr. HS Munshaw for respondent NO.3.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\trespect to grievance voiced in this petition,  petitioner has made<br \/>\n\tdetailed representation to Programme Officer, ICDS District<br \/>\n\tPanchayat, Himatnagar (SK) on 27.9.2010 Annexure I page 41. Learned<br \/>\n\tAdvocate Mr. Patel for petitioner submitted that said representation<br \/>\n\thas yet remained undecided by respondent no.3 and, therefore, some<br \/>\n\tsuitable directions may be issued to respondent no.3 for deciding<br \/>\n\tsaid representation on the basis of GR dated 21st May,<br \/>\n\t2007 and then to pass  appropriate reasoned order within some<br \/>\n\treasonable period.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tsubmissions made by learned advocates for respective parties as well<br \/>\n\tas affidavit filed by respondent no.1, it is directed to respondent<br \/>\n\tno.3 consider aforesaid representation of petitioner dated 27.9.2010<br \/>\n\tand to examine grievance of petitioner and then to pass appropriate<br \/>\n\treasoned order in accordance with  above Government resolution and<br \/>\n\taffidavit filed by respondent no.1 in cognate matter being Special<br \/>\n\tCivil Application No. 14150 of 2010 within three months from date of<br \/>\n\treceipt of copy of present order and communicate decision to<br \/>\n\tpetitioner immediately thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthese observations and directions, this petition is disposed of by<br \/>\n\tthis court without expressing any opinion on merits.
