No.21986 of 2011\n                             Bhola Prasad\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   29.07.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Complaint Case No. 3541\/2008<\/p>\n<p>                   corresponding to Tr. No. 3447\/2009, for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                   under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, Chapra (Saran).\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                   being husband of the complainant with allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                   demand of dowry, torture etc. The petitioner intends<\/p>\n<p>                   to   resume   and   continue   marital   life   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant who is one and only wife of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, on the event of filing an application before<\/p>\n<p>                   the court below stating such intention and further<\/p>\n<p>                   intends to pay a sum of Rs. 500\/- per month by way<\/p>\n<p>                   of ad interim maintenance to the complainant subject<\/p>\n<p>                   to any order of competent court on the point, in the<\/p>\n<p>                   event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>          (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>          amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, Chapra (Siwan), in connection<\/p>\n<p>          with Complaint Case No. 3541\/2008 corresponding to<\/p>\n<p>          Tr.
