But it<br \/>\ndid not considerii&#8217; the _th&#8217;e&#8221;vfdeceased losing the<br \/>\nbalance and_    \u00abmaterilal  &#8216;speak about the speed<\/p>\n<p>of the tractor;_In&#8211;   other vehicle, the speed<\/p>\n<p>of the tractor is  of the matter could have<\/p>\n<p>been takenx&#8217;intov.colrisideratton by the Courts below in holding<\/p>\n<p> _ that thielvspeed vvasvnotwitself the criterian to prove the rash and<\/p>\n<p> nAeglige11t:.__which is culpable or criminal in nature.
