She is a recipient of pension under the Swatantratha<\/p>\n<p>Sainik Samman Pension Scheme also. The petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>Government has framed a scheme for assignment of land to landless<\/p>\n<p>freedom fighters and their widows. The petitioner also applied for<\/p>\n<p>assignment of land under the said scheme. By Ext.P3 communication,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner was informed that the 3rd respondent has not received<\/p>\n<p>the alleged Government order in respect of the said scheme. In the<\/p>\n<p>above circumstances, the petitioner approached the Minister for<\/p>\n<p>Revenue, by filing Ext.P4. The petitioner submits that that has been<\/p>\n<p>forwarded to the 2nd respondent and has been numbered as File<\/p>\n<p>No.15682\/A2\/09.R.1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n<p>after affording an opportunity of being heard the petitioner or a<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">w.p.c.4709\/10                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representative of the petitioner.
