                         Thus,      having      regard    to   the     facts   and<\/p>\n
                 circumstances      of   the     case,     the       above   named<\/p>\n
                 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n
                 furnishing    bail      bond     of     Rs.   10,000\/-        (ten<\/p>\n
