Allegation        is    about       quarrel      in<\/p>\n<p>                 between    the       wife    and      husband        throwing     of<\/p>\n<p>                 kerosene oil by petitioner on the person of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant, reacting thereof she herself lit mach<\/p>\n<p>                 stick   and    was    taken      to     Hospital.      Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 remained in custody since 12.5.2008.<\/p>\n<p>                           In   the    circumstances,           the   above     named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing     bail     bond       of    Rs.     10,000\/-       (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Judge-I, Danapur in Khagaul P.S.
