RAMKUMAR, J.\n         =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                          B.A. 853 of 2009\n         =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n          Dated this the 25th day of February, 2009\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused 1 to 4 in Crime No.856\/2008 of Edachery Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 read<\/p>\n<p>with section 34 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of<\/p>\n<p>injuries sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge of the police station concerned to release the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>on bail for a period of one month in the event of their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the above case on their executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1. The    petitioners  shall  report  before   the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n            a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n         2.    The petitioners shall make       themselves\n\nBA 853\/09                         -2-\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>            available for interrogation including custodial<br \/>\n            interrogation as and when     required by the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3. The     petitioners  shall  not   influence  or<br \/>\n            intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n            they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n            the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n            while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         5.
