No.37138 of 2008\n              ---------------------------------\n           Dated, this the 17th day of December, 2008\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Ext.P5 is the revision filed by the petitioner before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent aggrieved by Ext.P4 order of the Deputy Director. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that though the parties were heard pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 on 16\/11\/2007, orders have not been passed so far.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    If as stated by the petitioner, the parties have already<\/p>\n<p>been heard, there is no reason to have delayed orders on Ext.P5. Be<\/p>\n<p>that as it may, now that inordinate delay has already been caused, I<\/p>\n<p>direct the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P5, if necessary, after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the petitioner and also the other affected parties.
