RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n               Bail Application No. 1019 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------\n             Dated this the 5th day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos. 1 to 5 in Crime No. 37 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>of Badiadukka Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143, 147, 148, 341, 452 and 427 r\/w Section 149 I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have their application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on any day          between<\/p>\n<p>11.03.2009 and 13.03.2009 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material,      if any.
