It is mentioned in the application that the convict<br \/>\nalong with his two brothers is in Jail, whereas the convict&#8217;s father<br \/>\nis on bail during the pendency of the appeal.  In support of this<br \/>\napplication the convict has annexed certificate dated 19.04.2011<br \/>\nissued by the Village Panchayat, Sarod.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nAPP has invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks.   Nothing<br \/>\nadverse is noticed from the convict&#8217;s Jail remarks.  The convict has<br \/>\nundergone  2 years 10 months 3 days in Jail as on 02.05.2011.  The<br \/>\nconvict had enjoyed one furlough in October\/ November 2010 and one<br \/>\nparole in June\/ July 2010, to file an appeal in the High Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFor the<br \/>\ncontents of the application, the same is allowed. the convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on  temporary bail for a period of 30<br \/>\n(thirty) days from the date of his release on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.\tThe application is allowed.<br \/>\n\tRule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
