The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that     leave   salary   and<\/p>\n<p>increment arrears which are due to him has not so far been disbursed<\/p>\n<p>though   several   years   lapsed   since   he   retired.   I   do   not   propose   to<\/p>\n<p>examine   the   genuineness   of   the   above   grievance.   Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>representation   has   been   submitted   by   the   petitioner   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Managing   Director   of   the   K.S.R.T.C.
