In brief, the facts are:\n\nV.\n\n\n\nM.F.A.N0. 5G43!E\u00ae4\n\nThe appellant sustained injurias in the accident that\noccurred on 13.10.2001 at about 6.00 pm. at\n\nKundalahaili- White Field Road, infront of C01! Totj;:*\u00a5.\u00a7.T.and\n\nTravels, Bangalore, en acceunt of the rash \n\ndriving of the vehicie bearing No.   xx:\n\ndriver. The appellant cIaer.u%edny'z\u00a2;arnpensaia:;nnLk  Va:\n\nRs.7,00,000I-. The Tribunal hgs \u00e9iw\u00e9tdednn\n\nof Rs.3,09,060l---  enterer.-sifat 3% ,5.a\u00a7fnwg:ieved by\nthat, appellant has  Diappeal, seeking\nenhancemenft.j:  H V' V V  "\n\n;4'nTheV \u00a7nij.nseA!'._"Vf6'r'V4\ufb021e appe\ufb02ant contended\nthat  nawarded by the Tribunal towards\n\npair}. .. gndk  rnedica! expenses, attendant\n\n  fG:1_nveyVnnne, nnurishing fond, loss of future\n\n   of amenities of life is totally inadequate\n\nmt; mereiare, it needs to be modified. He also submitted\n\n& '   ihati appeuant has suffered permanent disability of 25%\n\n  of the whole body and inspite of that the\n\nL\/4\n\n\n\nM.F.A.N0. 5643\/W\n\nTribunal has taken the disability at 10% which is totally\n\nincorrect and therefore, it needs to be modified.\n\n5. has taken treatment for a period of 36 days as inpatient.<\/p>\n
