Dabhi, learned APP for the respondent No.1 &#8211; State of<br \/>\n\tGujarat states that the investigation in this case to find out the<br \/>\n\tcorpus is in progress and the Assistant Commissioner of Police,<br \/>\n\tAhmedabad City is taking effective steps to find out the corpus. He<br \/>\n\tfurther states that the Assistant Commissioner of Police has also<br \/>\n\tprepared the report with regard to the steps taken by him to find<br \/>\n\tout the corpus up till now.\n<\/p>\n<p>He,<br \/>\n\ttherefore, prays to adjourn the matter to enable him to file reply<br \/>\n\taffidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police incorporating<br \/>\n\twhatever he has stated in his report, and annex the report as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tprayer made by him has not been opposed by Mr.M.
