BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.(CRL)No.41 OF 2009-S\n            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Basheer, J:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     Ms. Sajinamol, the alleged                detenu, has appeared before<\/p>\n<p>us today along with her parents. She stated before us that<\/p>\n<p>she would like to go with her parents.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Therefore, the writ petition is closed recording the<\/p>\n<p>above statement.          The order dated February 13, 2009, shall<\/p>\n<p>form part of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                (A.K.BASHEER, JUDGE)<\/p>\n<p>                                            (P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n     This writ petition was posted &#8220;to be spoken to&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>     2. We have heard learned Government Pleader. It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted by him that Kunnicode police has registered Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.54\/2009 against respondent No.4 and five others for the<\/p>\n<p>offences punishable under Sections 366 A and 376 read with<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 I.P.C. Respondent No.4, who has been arraigned as<\/p>\n<p>accused No.1, had surrendered before the police on March 1,<\/p>\n<p>2009   and later he          was       released on bail by                 the  court.<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter the police had arrested accused Nos.2 and 5 also<\/p>\n<p>and they were also released on bail. The other accused are<\/p>\n<p>still at large.      It is      further        submitted          by       the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader that hectic efforts are being made to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><br \/>\nW.P.(CRL.)41\/09<\/p>\n<p>apprehend the remaining accused.
