In case the petitioner is still interested in pursuing the<\/p>\n<p>grievance stated in the writ petition, he may approach the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent seeking a change of policy, in which case, the matter<\/p>\n<p>will be duly considered by the third respondent, expeditiously.
