Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur\n                                                          ---------------------- Respondents.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>10   07-04-2011                    Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of stand<\/p>\n<p>                       taken in the counter affidavit submits that almost all the grievances<\/p>\n<p>                       of the petitioner have already been redressed. However, still some<\/p>\n<p>                       grievances, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, exist.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                       passing an order in respect of the claim of the petitioner for merger<\/p>\n<p>                       of 50 % Dearness relief on his basic pension. So far as merger of<\/p>\n<p>                       50 % Dearness Allowance          is concerned, the petition stands<\/p>\n<p>                       allowed in terms of           order dated 3.12.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                       C.W.J.C.No.3616 of 2010 ( Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Vs. T.M.<\/p>\n<p>                       Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur &amp; Ors.).
