Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :23\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        S.SIRI JAGAN,J\n                  ================\n                    W.P.(C).No.21866 of 2007\n              ======================\n               Dated this the 23rd day of July 2007\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner completed her B.Com degree course and<\/p>\n<p>appeared for the final year examination in April 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Dissatisfied with the results in the paper, &#8220;Money and Capital<\/p>\n<p>Market&#8221;the petitioner applied for revaluation.           Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>complains of undue delay in completing revaluation process.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Standing Counsel for the University<\/p>\n<p>submits that the application was received only on 7.07.07 and<\/p>\n<p>the University would require at least two month&#8217;s time to<\/p>\n<p>complete the revaluation process. The learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that    petitioner joined another course and<\/p>\n<p>therefore, revaluation may be done atleast within 20 days.<\/p>\n<p>      After hearing both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with<\/p>\n<p>following directions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>      The respondent shall complete the revaluation process for<\/p>\n<p>which the petitioner has applied for and publish the         results<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C).No.21866\/2007         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>thereof within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
