Information Sought by RTI :                                     PIO Replied :\n<\/p>\n<p>1.    What happened to those letters regarding of Letters of dated 23\/06\/2010 &amp; 26\/07\/2010 are<br \/>\n          drinking water tankers, which were                  enclosed &amp; the action was written on them. Letter<br \/>\n          submitted on 23\/06\/2010, 07\/07\/2010,                dated 07\/07\/2010 is not available at department.<br \/>\n          26\/07\/2010 to Executive Eng.? Please                The appellant has requested to submit the copy of<br \/>\n          provide copy of same with their answer.             same letter to take action so soon.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    When will be the water supply started at Pratap Reply is not clearly visible on appealing documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Vihar Part II? When these pipe lines has laid<br \/>\n          down by Delhi Jal Board?\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    When the new points of drinking water tanker Relevant information of drinking water tankers has<br \/>\n          had planted at Pratap Vihar II? Where they          been provided at the website of Delhi Jal Board.<br \/>\n          all had planted? Who have given the<br \/>\n          permission to plant them? Provide details.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    How many tankers can be plant for minimum There is no any specified criterion for the tankers; it is<br \/>\n          families or members by Delhi Jal Board?             used for the maximum families. Tankers are only<br \/>\n          What is the procedure has been followed to          provided after the sanctioning.<br \/>\n          plant drinking water tanker? Please provide<br \/>\n          the entire details.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds of the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Provided information is unsatisfactory.\n<\/p>\n<p> Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The certain discrepancies in the information of deployment of tankers in ward no. 33 &amp; 34. EE (NW)-I<br \/>\nwill get the discrepancies checked up in the list of deployment of the tankers within one week and will<br \/>\napprise the applicant.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Please provide the reply of RTI.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Yashpal Rawat;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Sukh Pal Singh Chauhan, Deemed PIO &amp; Executive Engineer (NW-I);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant has received the additional information after the order of the FAA. The Appellant<br \/>\nhad sought information about replies to three letters of his. The PIO stated that the replies have been given<br \/>\nto two of the letters. The appellant wants the copies of the replies which the PIO claims to have sent. The<br \/>\nCommission directs the Deemed PIO Mr. Sukh Pal Singh Chauhan to send the attested copies of two<br \/>\nreplies sent to the Appellant in response to his letters. One letter of the Appellant is missing with the<br \/>\npublic authority which is being given to the Respondent.
