In\u00a0our\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a08\u00a0February\u00a02010,\u00a0we\u00a0had\u00a0directed\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0not\u00a0only\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a0some\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0queries\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0complainant\u00a0but\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>also \u00a0 to \u00a0 send \u00a0 us \u00a0 a \u00a0 chronology \u00a0 of \u00a0 dates \u00a0 relating \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 disposal \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 RTI\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      We\u00a0took\u00a0up\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0for\u00a0hearing\u00a0today.\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0appeared\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>behalf\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority\u00a0and\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0queries\u00a0listed\u00a0in\u00a0our\u00a0order\u00a0had\u00a0since\u00a0been\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0complainant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/C\/2009\/000412<br \/>\n They\u00a0produced\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0their\u00a0communication\u00a0in\u00a0support\u00a0of\u00a0their\u00a0contention.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Besides,\u00a0a\u00a0note\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0chronology\u00a0of\u00a0dates\u00a0was\u00a0also\u00a0produced.\u00a0We\u00a0carefully\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>examined\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0sent\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0chronology\u00a0of\u00a0dates.\u00a0We\u00a0are\u00a0satisfied\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0has\u00a0complied\u00a0with\u00a0our\u00a0orders\u00a0relating\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0sought\u00a0by\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0complainant.\u00a0However,\u00a0in\u00a0regard\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0delay\u00a0in\u00a0providing\u00a0the\u00a0information,\u00a0it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>appears\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0original\u00a0RTI\u00a0application\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0preferred\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0IDBI\u00a0Bank\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>which\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0later\u00a0transferred\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0IDBI\u00a0Capital\u00a0Services.\u00a0The\u00a0officer\u00a0who\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>had\u00a0dealt\u00a0with\u00a0this\u00a0matter\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0capacity\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0since\u00a0reportedly\u00a0left\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0services\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0public\u00a0authority\u00a0and,\u00a0unfortunately,\u00a0has\u00a0passed\u00a0away\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>meanwhile. \u00a0 In \u00a0 these \u00a0 circumstances, \u00a0 it \u00a0 would \u00a0 be \u00a0 pointless \u00a0 to \u00a0 fix \u00a0 any\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>responsibility\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0officer\u00a0for\u00a0whatever\u00a0delay\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0case.<\/p>\n<p>4.      The\u00a0case\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off\u00a0accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
