        Petitioner, a student of B.Tech Course<\/p>\n
at   Saint    Gits       College      of     Engineering,<\/p>\n
Pathamuttom, Kottayam, affiliated to the Mahatma<\/p>\n
Gandhi University, has completed the course in<\/p>\n
the year 2007.    He had appeared for one paper of<\/p>\n
the 4th semester in the supplementary Examination<\/p>\n
held in May, 2008. Apparently, dissatisfied with<\/p>\n
the marks obtained in one paper, he had applied<\/p>\n
for revaluation.        He is aggrieved that the<\/p>\n
result of the revaluation has not been published<\/p>\n
so far.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
     2.   I heard learned standing counsel for<\/p>\n
the University also. There is no justification<\/p>\n
for the delay in the publication of             results of<\/p>\n
revaluation in respect of the Examination held<\/p>\n
in May, 2008.\n<\/p>\n
    Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n
of directing the 1st respondent to publish the<\/p>\n
results of the revaluation sought for by the<\/p>\n
petitioner  in     relation      to   the    4th  semester<\/p>\n
supplementary Examination held in May, 2008, as<\/p>\n
W.P.(C).NO.37293\/08<\/p>\n

\nearly as possible, at any rate, within a period<\/p>\n
of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n
of this judgment, provided the application for<\/p>\n
revaluation is in order and otherwise correct.<\/p>\n
