APP (DB) No.895 of 2010\n                                    SHEOLAL RAM\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   27.10.2010             Lower court records have been received.<\/p>\n<p>                            Counsel for the appellant submits that the evidence of the<\/p>\n<p>                  informant, who is the wife of the deceased, is that this appellant<\/p>\n<p>                  fired at the deceased near his neck and he died. This part of the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence is not corroborated by the medical evidence, which<\/p>\n<p>                  indicates that there was no fire arm injury present at the body of the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased. There was no evidence of any perforating and penetrating<\/p>\n<p>                  injury and the cause of death was cardiac respiratory failure.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering this fact, prayer on behalf of the appellant for<\/p>\n<p>                  bail is allowed. During the pendency of the appeal, let appellant<\/p>\n<p>                  Sheolal Ram be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                  the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, FTC 5, Gopalganj in<\/p>\n<p>                  S.T. No. 444 of 2006 \/ 53 of 2010.
