VIJAY KUMAR CHOUDHARY\n                                       Versus\n                                 STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   22.06.2010               Heard   learned      Counsel       for   the<\/p>\n<p>                     appellant      and   learned       Counsel   for   the<\/p>\n<p>                     State on the prayer for bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               It has been submitted that this is<\/p>\n<p>                     a case of circumstantial evidence. The<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances          are     not        enough    to<\/p>\n<p>                     conclusively           establish          that     the<\/p>\n<p>                     appellant was responsible for death. It<\/p>\n<p>                     is    the     appellant       who    has     informed<\/p>\n<p>                     others. The doctor who has conducted the<\/p>\n<p>                     post-mortem has opined that perhaps it<\/p>\n<p>                     was a case of suicidal hanging. It has<\/p>\n<p>                     also been submitted that the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                     is in custody since 17.06.2008.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering        the         facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances of the case, the appellant<\/p>\n<p>                     namely Dr. Vijay Kumar Choudhary, during<\/p>\n<p>                     the pendency of this appeal, is directed<\/p>\n<p>                     to   be     released    on   bail    on    furnishing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>           with   two    sureties      of     the    like      amount<\/p>\n<p>           each     to     the      satisfaction           of     Sri<\/p>\n<p>           Sailendra           Kumar         Singh,            learned<\/p>\n<p>           Additional      Sessions        Judge,     Fast      Track<\/p>\n<p>           Court No. 6\/his successor court, Araria<\/p>\n<p>           in connection with Sessions Trial No. 36<\/p>\n<p>           of 2009, Tr.
