The\n\n  e\u00a7ppeV1ia%1f,i*1$\u00a7Ls.$'u\ufb01'ered fracture of right tibia and fibula.\n\nH33': :]\u00ab%.1'.~:.'-.S  permanent disability of 35% in respect\n\n of h\u00e9: ikhdie body. Therefom, in my considered view, it\n\nV'  j'u\u00e9stNand proper ta award a sum of Rs.3(),0Cr0\/--~\n\n'  \ufb01ias\ufb02fz-ad of Rss.2{),\u20ac&gt;00\/- tewar\u00e9s pain an\u00e9 sufferings and\n\n'4 accordingly, it is awarded.\n\nV\n\n\n\n7.
