GIRI ,J.\n                         -------------------------------\n                         WP(C).NO.25999 of 2007\n                        ---------------------------------\n                Dated this the 10th       day of October, 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner seeks inter-district transfer from Malappuram to Kannur. He<\/p>\n<p>preferred Ext.P5 application in that behalf. The same was originally returned<\/p>\n<p>as per Ext.P6. According to the petitioner, the issue is now covered in his<\/p>\n<p>favour as per Ext.P8 order and Ext.P10 judgment.<\/p>\n<p>       2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to take back Ext.P5 on file and forward the same to the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. On receipt of Ext.P5, the third respondent shall pass orders<\/p>\n<p>without further delay.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               V.
