SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.15857 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 28th day of May, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is challenging Ext.P13 order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Government in a revision petition filed by the 3rd respondent in<\/p>\n<p>the matter of appointment of an authorised ration dealer.        I am<\/p>\n<p>not inclined to interfere with the stay order now.          However,<\/p>\n<p>having passed the stay order, the Government should dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the revision petition, in which Ext.P13 order has passed,<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 5th respondent to dispose of the revision petition, in which<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P13 order has been passed, after affording an opportunity of<\/p>\n<p>being heard to all concerned, as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           S.
