No.26758 of 2011\n                  Ranjeet Tanti, Son of Late Dukho Tanti, resident of Village-Muzaffara, P.S.-\n                  Birpur, District-Begusarai.\n                                            Versus\n                                      The State of Bihar\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   10.08.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is submitted that the case was initially registered for<\/p>\n<p>                        the offence under Sections 302\/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms<\/p>\n<p>                        Act against unknown. Subsequently, by order dated 15.12.2010<\/p>\n<p>                        sections 396 and 412 of the IPC had been added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The present case was registered after recovery of the two<\/p>\n<p>                        dead bodies, which were later on identified as dead bodies of driver<\/p>\n<p>                        and Khalasi of a truck looted by the miscreants.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name<\/p>\n<p>                        has transpired in course of investigation on the basis of<\/p>\n<p>                        confessional statement recorded by police of co-accused persons.<\/p>\n<p>                                  He further submits that co-accused Mukesh Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                        Choudhary has been granted bail on 4.7.2011 in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                        16932 of 2011 and another co-accused Manik Tanti @ Manik<\/p>\n<p>                        Chandra Das has been granted bail by order dated 3.8.2011 passed<\/p>\n<p>                        in Cr. Misc. o. 25633 of 2011 by this Court. He submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                        case of the petitioner stands on identical footing to that of co-<\/p>\n<p>                        accused persons who have already been granted bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                        namely, Ranjeet Tanti be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           of Rs. 5,000\/- (five thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>           amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>           Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S.
