BASANT, J.\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   Crl.M.C.No. 3677 of 2007\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 11th day of December, 2007\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       There is no representation for the petitioner when the case<\/p>\n<p>is called after exhausting the list. Different was not the story<\/p>\n<p>when the case came up on 10.12.2007 also.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The petitioner is the accused in a prosecution under<\/p>\n<p>Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Towards the fag end of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>complainant had filed a petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to re-<\/p>\n<p>open the evidence.       The same was allowed on terms.              The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is aggrieved by the direction to re-open the case and re-<\/p>\n<p>call the complainant for further examination.                 The learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate, by the impugned order, accepted the request of the<\/p>\n<p>complainant and allowed the said petitions &#8211; to re-open the case<\/p>\n<p>and re-call the complainant\/PW.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. I am called upon to invoke and exercise the extra<\/p>\n<p>ordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. I find<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.No. 3677 of 2007<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>no vice vitiating the impugned orders, which warrant or justify the<\/p>\n<p>invocation of such jurisdiction.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4. I am satisfied that this Crl.M.C. is without any merit and it is<\/p>\n<p>accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             (R.
