Q. place&#8212;&#8211;W2p1nd._.pA 4&quot; &quot; pe_rsor1s were<br \/>\napprehended. The&quot; it  accused persons<br \/>\ndisclosed on the basis of<br \/>\nthe persons, the identity of<br \/>\nthe  This petitioner who<br \/>\nwas ciriel of V  was arraigned as<\/p>\n<p>accused ll\\IoV.2..VV&#039;V-Thereafter on the basis of the report<\/p>\n<p>  l5o&#039;li&#039;ee&#039;VInspector, case in Crime No.58\/ ll<\/p>\n<p>   registered for the aforesaid offences and<\/p>\n<p> was taken up. When the apprehended<\/p>\n<p> pacctised persons and this petitioner were produced<\/p>\n<p>ll &#8211;..v&quot;&#039;sefuore the learned Magistrate they were remanded to<\/p>\n<p>ajudicial Custody. l3&#039;rayer of the petitioner herein for<\/p>\n<p>W\u00bb,<\/p>\n<p>awr<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">4<\/span><\/p>\n<p>grant of baii came to be rejected by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Judge. Therefore, the petitioner is before   _<\/p>\n<p>3. I have heard both sidesul l_Pervu&#8217;s_eci&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>made available.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. it is the Contention&#8212;oi&#8221;p&#8217;vthe_learnedeoilinsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, that at lstalge are no grounds to<br \/>\nbelieve that  of the offences<br \/>\nalleged;  v&#8217;..;V\/)f\u00a7&#8217;v&#8217;f&gt;g11e&#8221;remand application<br \/>\nfiled l:)ei&#8217;opeV.A:the: does not disclose any<br \/>\nallegationof  having been involved in any<\/p>\n<p>of the ofi&#8221;en(:esV;f_ petitioner is a law abiding<\/p>\n<p> V&#8217;  . therefore &#8220;r&#8221;1e&#8217;is entitled to be enlarged on bail.<\/p>\n<p>   &#8216;  as per the report lodged by the Police<\/p>\n<p>Sti_b~lnspe&#8217;etor, CCB, this petitioner along with 3 others<\/p>\n<p> Aeneas.&#8217; apprehended at about l0.\/45 pin. on 24.3.2011.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;g:&#8217;E3-ven according to the ease of the prosecution, these<\/p>\n<p>Hpetitioriers and other accused persons were found<\/p>\n<p>gathered there with a eomrnon intention of Committing<\/p>\n<p>the murder est persons belonging to rival group and at<br \/>\nthat time they were armed with deadly weapons\u00bb._&lt;:l_l&quot;?&quot;i&#039; he<\/p>\n<p>contents of the remand application <\/p>\n<p>learned Magistrate does not indieat_e that&quot;tiiis= };$etitio1i,er&#039; <\/p>\n<p>is involved in any other offenieese&#039;,<br \/>\nstage, there are no reasoil1Val;:l.re gro&#039;tindsu  that)<br \/>\nthe petitioner is a hahitual.&#8212;-oiiender. according<br \/>\nto the prosecution, vtilherein during his<br \/>\nVoluntary    year 2002 he<br \/>\nwas in jagilllllcim    easeregistered in Kengeri<br \/>\n   he was arraigned as<br \/>\naccused: in  in Jayanagara Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for VtiieV&#039;Vofiene&#039;e:l punishable under Section 324<\/p>\n<p> I}5:lC:&#039;lf; no nfiateriai&quot;&#039;&quot;isV produced to prirna faeie establish<\/p>\n<p>&#039;that  &#039;involved in those Cases and he has been<\/p>\n<p>tried  said offences.
