He requested that the temporary bail granted by this Court by<br \/>\norder dated 25.03.2011 be extended for a period of three weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRequest was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe papers are<br \/>\nreceived from the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.J.K.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of<br \/>\nRule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-convict has produced an invitation card in support of his<br \/>\ncontention that the marriage is fixed on 05.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tEarlier,<br \/>\nthe applicant-convict was released on temporary bail so as to enable<br \/>\nhim to withdrawn the Provident Fund amount.  The applicant stated<br \/>\nthat he needs some more time so as to complete the formalities and<br \/>\nwithdraw the Provident Fund amount.  Besides, there is a marriage<br \/>\nscheduled on 05.05.2011.  So, if temporary bail can be extended<br \/>\nsuitably.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the fact that the applicant-convict was already<br \/>\ngranted temporary bail for a period of 20 days, the applicant-convict<br \/>\nis asked to surrender in jail on due date.
