Case No. 46 of 2011 for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections -2 (1, 2, 15, 16, 35, 37) 9, 51 of the Wild Life Protection<\/p>\n<p>                     Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Even if the prosecution story assumed to be true,<\/p>\n<p>                     then also it appears that it was co-accused , Gulab Mian who<\/p>\n<p>                     hunted the Neelgai, let the petitioner, namely, Hassan Mian be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with I.F.
