No. 572 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard learned counsel for the appellant and<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The solitary appellant stands convicted for<\/p>\n<p>                   the offence under section 376 and 457 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous<\/p>\n<p>                   imprisonment for eight years and pay a fine of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   5000\/- in default to further undergo S.I. for three<\/p>\n<p>                   months.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case and nature of allegation, at this stage, I am<\/p>\n<p>                   not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail.
