Following that, the child has been<\/p>\n<p>produced by the father before the Family Court, Ettumannoor. It<\/p>\n<p>is mentioned by both sides that the Family Court has issued<\/p>\n<p>orders letting the child go with the mother for the time being.<\/p>\n<p>Now that the proceedings are before the Family Court and the<\/p>\n<p>child is now regulated by the orders of the Family Court, learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner is right in saying that the matter can<\/p>\n<p>be closed.
