Not available<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete and Unsatisfactory information furnished by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nThe FAA was satisfied from the reply furnished by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete and Unsatisfactory information furnished by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Rajeev Kumar representing Smt. Aamna<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Kanwar Singh, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy. Education Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has replied that cash has been distributed to the children for shoes and socks, hence he<br \/>\nhad not provided the list sought by the appellant. The appellant would like to inspect the money<br \/>\ndisbursement register. The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the money disbursement<br \/>\nregister by the appellant on 30 October 2010 at 10.30AM.<br \/>\n Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is directed to facilitate an inspection of the money disbursement register by the<br \/>\nappellant on 30 October 2010 at 10.30AM.
