It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>by the Govt.Pleader that on the basis of the complaint filed by the<\/p>\n<p>3rd respondent Police only  enquired   into   the   matter   and   police<\/p>\n<p>will not harass the petitioner.   No crime is registered against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.  According to the petitioner she was summoned to the<\/p>\n<p>police  station on several times.   That  should have been avoided<\/p>\n<p>by the Police and without orders from civil court, police shall not<\/p>\n<p>interfere   in   civil   disputes.
