No.6246 of 2011\n          ABHISHEK ALIAS ABHISHEK KUMAR SINGH, SON OF BHABHUTI\n          NARAYAN SINGH\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   17.03.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  28.12.2010 and the entire case is based upon sale and purchase<\/p>\n<p>                  and the submission is that at best it would be a case of civil<\/p>\n<p>                  dispute between the parties, let the petitioner above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five<\/p>\n<p>                  thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other<\/p>\n<p>                  surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                  Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in Katihar Town (Sahayak)<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S. Case No. 458 of 2010 subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>                  (i)That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                  with the petitioner.
