Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                      the State is present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Earlier this writ petition was dismissed for<\/p>\n<p>                      default on 31.7.2007 and even when it was subsequently<\/p>\n<p>                      restored by 28.01.2009 in MJC No. 1268 of 2008, today<\/p>\n<p>                      same situation prevails. This Court would find that the<\/p>\n<p>                      following prayer of the petitioner;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                                          (A) For issuance of appropriate<br \/>\n                                writ, order or direction commanding the<br \/>\n                                respondents to appoint the petitioner on the<br \/>\n                                post of Head Master in a Govt. Middle<br \/>\n                                School in the District of East Champaran as<br \/>\n                                she fulfills the criteria to be promoted a<br \/>\n                                Head Master inasmuch as junior to her has<br \/>\n                                already been appointed and working as<br \/>\n                                Headmaster in a Govt.
