Rule is DISCHARGED qua<br \/>\npetitioner No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tWith respect to<br \/>\npetitioner Nos.2 to 4, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted<br \/>\nthat they have no criminal antecedents. The investigation is over and<br \/>\nthe charge-sheet is also filed.  They happen to be the father-in-law<br \/>\nand brother-in-laws of the deceased girl.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie<br \/>\naspects of the matter and considering<br \/>\nthat the trial is unlikely to complete shortly and since<br \/>\ncharge-sheet is also filed,<br \/>\nI find this is a fit case for<br \/>\ngranting bail. Under the circumstances, the PETITIONER<br \/>\nNOS. 2 TO 4 are<br \/>\nordered to be released on bail in connection with I-C.R.<br \/>\nNO. 260 OF 2010,<br \/>\nregistered with MEHSANA<br \/>\nTALUKA POLICE STATION, MEHSANA,<br \/>\nDistrict : Mehsana, on their furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Rupees<br \/>\nTen Thousand), with one surety of the like amount, by EACH<br \/>\nof them, to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the lower Court and subject to the conditions that,<br \/>\nthey shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(1).\t\tnot take undue<br \/>\nadvantage of their liberty or abuse their liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(2).\t\tnot act in a<br \/>\nmanner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(3).\t\tmaintain law and<br \/>\norder;\n<\/p>\n<p>(4).\t\tmark their<br \/>\npresence before the concerned Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calendar month between 11:00 a.m.<br \/>\nto 2:00 p.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p>(5).\t\tnot leave the<br \/>\nState of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions  Judge<br \/>\nconcerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(6).\t\tfurnish the<br \/>\naddress of their residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>(7).\t\tsurrender their<br \/>\npassports, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
