Today again, on call, none appeared on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                          petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                          adjournment. However, Mr. Rajeev Verma, learned Senior Counsel<\/p>\n<p>                          appearing on behalf of respondent\/Provident Fund Commissioner,<\/p>\n<p>                          Patna is present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          In this case, a counter affidavit has already been<\/p>\n<p>                          filed on behalf of the respondents. It was submitted by Mr. Verma,<\/p>\n<p>                          learned Senior Counsel, that during the pendency of the present writ<\/p>\n<p>                          petition, the grievances of the petitioner have already been<\/p>\n<p>                          redressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          In this case, on 11.2.2011 also, none had appeared<\/p>\n<p>                          on behalf of the petitioner whereas learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                          respondents was present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          The petition stands rejected due to non prosecution.<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
