It is the case of the petitioner that partners of<br \/>\npartnership firms are distinct and different from another partnership<br \/>\nfirm called &#8216;Janta Automobile HP Petrol Pump Dealers&#8217;. However, there<br \/>\nis nothing on the record to suggest that the petitioner has ever been<br \/>\nblacklisted or held ineligible or disqualified for applying for such<br \/>\na franchise.
