Looking to the facts that there is no definite allegation<br \/>\nmade against the applicant, I am, therefore, inclined to grant bail<br \/>\nto the applicant. Both the learned Advocates do not press for<br \/>\nreasoned order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above, this Application is allowed. The applicant is ordered to<br \/>\nbe released on bail in connection with CR No. I-319 of 2011<br \/>\nregistered with Amraiwadi Police Station, Ahmedabad, for the offence<br \/>\nalleged against him in this application on his executing a Bond of<br \/>\nRs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one solvent surety of the<br \/>\nlike amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court and subject to the<br \/>\nconditions that he shall &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurise the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner;\n<\/p>\n<p>c)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate the Investigating Officers;\n<\/p>\n<p>d)\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>e)\tnot<br \/>\nleave the country without the prior permission of the concerned<br \/>\nSessions Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>f)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence to the I.O. and also to the Court at the<br \/>\ntime of execution of the bond and shall not change the residence<br \/>\nwithout prior permission of this Court;\n<\/p>\n<p>g)\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the lower Court within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the concerned<br \/>\nSessions Judge will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate<br \/>\naction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case. It would<br \/>\nbe open to the trial Court concerned to give time to furnish the<br \/>\nsolvency certificate if prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
