Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :01\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n               P.R.RAMAN &amp; P.BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n\n                     -------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C) No. 13885 of 2009\n\n                     -------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 1st June, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               Upon instructions, the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the State submits that law and order situation has<\/p>\n<p>been take care of by deploying two Armed police personnel, a<\/p>\n<p>control room has also been opened, and there are no untoward<\/p>\n<p>incident reported or noticed in the recent past. Police are thus<\/p>\n<p>active and all necessary protection is being afforded to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.   That being the situation, we do not       think further<\/p>\n<p>orders are necessary in this matter.
